About Me

Nina Rico

I am passionate about movement, body awareness, and helping women find their inner strength – both physically and mentally. With over 30 years of experience in dance, training, and conscious movement, I have gathered extensive and deep knowledge that I now use to inspire others towards a more balanced and sustainable life.

My journey began as a professional dancer, with a foundation in classical ballet and training as a dance educator. Dance taught me early on to listen to my body, understand its signals, and work with it – not against it.

B-Well by Nina is a concept that has developed and gradually grown from my own journey, with inspiration and connection to my education and professional experience.

Sustainable health is built through balance - between strength and flexibility, activity and recovery, goals and well-being.
